If the Ducks had a league-average or better goalie between the pipes last night, that game might have ended differently. Miller is a dried-up husk of his former self. Sure, a couple tallies were not his fault, but I am sure he wants a few of those back. And the Bolts hit the iron at least twice that I can recall. Miller was a tire-fire.

The Ducks actually controlled the play through the first half of the game especially, despite what the final score leads one to think.

I'm glad the Bolts grabbed the two points. I am glad the PK is still solid. I am glad the PP is on fire. But there was still much to be concerned about in that game - the Bolts still have more tightening up to do.

Looking better, but slow starts are still a huge concern.

Vasy looked more like Vasy. Good.

A lot more work to do- but hey, that's what usually happens with teams. Last year was a curse- no adversity, no adjustments, no understanding of how to bounce back.
